There are still many graphical, lag, and audio problems, even on modern devices.
It is currently in Beta testing, which means it is a work in progress. It supports everything you'd expect from a mupen64plus frontend plugin selection, configuration editing, save state management, screenshots, pausing, etc. The press went wild over the new console, with articles claiming it could generate graphics on a par with high end Silicon Graphics workstations.
